1:1 or Group Coaching for Dancers
Lisa combines her background in dance with mindset coaching to support and inspire dancers and athletes. Movement and Mindset lessons focus on technique, flexibility, conditioning, routine cleaning, and any areas dancers want to improve. These sessions also include personal and open conversations, goal setting, competition preparation and anything your dancer may need.
