Flourish: The Intensive offers a wide variety of classes led by an incredible lineup of teachers, blending dance, fitness, and mindset workshops. Dancers will challenge their bodies, expand their skills, and strengthen their confidence through diverse training that supports growth both physically and mentally; creating a truly well-rounded and energizing experience.

With a small, close-knit group, dancers will dive deep into movement while also focusing on personal growth through leadership and confidence-building workshops. This immersive experience creates a safe, supportive environment where dancers are encouraged to step outside their comfort zones, strengthen their mindset, and grow not only as performers, but as people.

Flourish Forward: Leadership Camp blends dance and movement classes with impactful guest speakers, hands-on community involvement projects, interactive games, unique classes and all things confidence & leadership. Participants will learn from business owners, industry professionals, and inspiring women leaders while building confidence, strengthening communication skills, and discovering how to lead with purpose in a supportive, empowering environment.
Each camp’s activities are geared towards age groups.
