Often times, my mind wanders. sometimes it makes me feel like everything in my life is about to collapse, even though nothing bad is going on. The fastest solution I can always think of is to grab my phone and scroll until I feel better, but it doesn't really help. One of the best solutions for anxious thoughts besides scrolling, is to write my thoughts down! It actually really helps because it helps get all my emotions and thoughts down onto a piece of paper, and you feel like you have a clear calm mind afterwards. Let me know what you all do!
